Estimator/Job Cost Manager
PICO, LLC is looking for an Estimator/Job Cost Manager to prepare accurate and detailed estimates for remodel projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset. You must be thorough and detail oriented, as well as customer service oriented.

Primary Responsibilities
- Understanding the project and its requirements
- Obtain and review bid packets and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
- Build relationships with key subcontractors and vendors
- Handle job schedules
- Review and monitor job costs to ensure no cost overruns on the budget
- Communicating with Vendors if the billed cost is higher than the estimate
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an estimator or similar position
- Proficient in relevant software (Builder Trend, Clear Estimates, Hover)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Thoroughness and reliability
- Excellent organizations skills
- Reading blueprints
