What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial work
- A strong track record of quality and jobsite professionalism
- Ability to meet schedules and communicate changes early
- Licensed work where required
- Insured operations (see below)
- A crew that respects the homeowner’s space (cleanliness matters)
Minimum requirements
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) (General Liability; Workers Comp if applicable)
- W-9
- License info (if required for your trade)
- References and/or project photos upon request

A. Primarily Wichita and the surrounding metro area.
Q. How quickly do you pay?
A. Payment terms are outlined in the subcontractor agreement and confirmed before the first job starts.
Q. Can I apply if I’m a smaller crew?
A. Yes. The right fit is about quality, communication, and professionalism—not just size.
