My wife and I had PICO construction design and build an addition on our home. This addition had the added complexity of having a full basement underneath and creating an opening to the existing basement. PICO began work in late November of 2022 and made good progress through the winter of 2023. Although we experienced significant delays in the Spring of 2023, mainly due to supply chain and labor issues, the job was finished by August 2023. Given the post COVID environment that PICO was navigating, I would say they did a good job to the best of their ability.
