Great price, GREAT company! They replaced my back porch steps. Excellent communication throughout. Very fair pricing. Thanks to Morgan at the office, Steve for the estimate, Scott for the coordination, Tristan for most of the building, and Paul for the stain/seal. Everyone was super nice and very kind to my dogs. Tristan is very selective about his materials and made an extra trip to exchange a board he didn’t like. Paul worked overtime to finish in one day without compromising his meticulous standards. I am delighted to have found PICO and will be calling them for the next job. They’re outstanding!
