We want to recognize the outstanding work PICO LLC did on our 800sf Great Room addition to our house. We have a large family and our gatherings were quickly outgrowing our moderate size farm house. In the past, we have done our own remodel and construction work so the idea of hiring someone for the addition seemed risky and stressful.
We met with three different companies to discuss our project. There was one clear choice at the end of the process. PICO LLC was that choice.
