Wes Pechin, PICO’s current owner, grew up around construction sites, learning from his dad starting in middle school. Wes’s early involvement in the company included picking up trash, installing drainage systems, and many of the not-so-nice jobs. He went on to get involved in all phases of construction as he grew up in the business. By the time Wes took over the company, he had experience with building homes, commercial remodels, duplexes, build to suit office warehouse projects, as well as all types of residential remodel projects. Wes also learned effective project management along the way, which is invaluable to his customers.
