PICO was great to work with throughout our projects (siding trim and fascia replacement as well as gutter repair). PICO is a cut above the rest, working with their team was a breath of fresh air. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. PICO didn't overbid or inflate the scope to push the ticket price up, they are trustworthy contractors. This team is definitely one you want bidding on your project!
I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by PICO. They replaced much of the siding, and underlying wood, painted the house and deck. Mike, Chris and Colby were an absolute pleasure to work with. They addressed every area of concern I had, and some I didn't even know about. Due to discontinued siding above my garage door, they worked with me to find a solution that turned out beautifully; so much so that I received comments that the "design choice" looked great. The end result of all the work was better than I could have expected. The deck looks almost new (it was in pretty bad shape). My neighbor commented on how impressed they were with the meticulous preparation of the painters and the final outcome. PICO will be my only call for all future house repair/upgrade needs. Highly recommended.
