Wes and his crew provided fantastic service throughout the entire project. We had extensive work done including tree, fence, and concrete removal. Additionally, concrete was re-poured, fence and covered patio installed with a wrap-around fire-pit. A+ grade all around from project start to finish and would highly recommend! Looking forward to hiring PICO again for future projects.
I had PICO pour a new patio for the backyard and couldn't be more pleased. My old patio was cracked and water wasn't flowing away from the house anymore. Mudjacking didn't work. I talked to several contractors who were hesitant to do the project since the backyard was difficult to get to and there was a pool in the way. PICO engineered a new drainage system, demoed the old patio, and poured new concrete all while making it look easy. I highly recommend them!
We did an extensive finishing of the basement. We did everything, floor to ceiling and wall to wall. PICO, LLC, did a great job from planning to completion. Working with Colby was a phenomenon. He’s on the schedule and quick response. The various workers were very professional and showed genuine pride in their work. Definitely recommended for a home improvement or remodeling! Shout to Cathy for taking her extra ordinary time with her highly skilled for helping us with interior design.
PICO construction was wonderful to work with. Our projects included a four season sun room, new deck and kennel room for our dogs. From the initial design through final construction, they were very attentive to our questions and concerns. PICO kept us well informed of the construction progress and sub contractor schedules. The view of the sunsets from our new sun room is outstanding and our furry friends are enjoying their new surroundings and easy access to the outdoors.
