My wife and I had PICO construction design and build an addition on our home. This addition had the added complexity of having a full basement underneath and creating an opening to the existing basement. PICO began work in late November of 2022 and made good progress through the winter of 2023. Although we experienced significant delays in the Spring of 2023, mainly due to supply chain and labor issues, the job was finished by August 2023. Given the post COVID environment that PICO was navigating, I would say they did a good job to the best of their ability.

We want to recognize the outstanding work PICO LLC did on our 800sf Great Room addition to our house. We have a large family and our gatherings were quickly outgrowing our moderate size farm house. In the past, we have done our own remodel and construction work so the idea of hiring someone for the addition seemed risky and stressful.

We met with three different companies to discuss our project. There was one clear choice at the end of the process. PICO LLC was that choice. Wes Pechin, owner of PICO met with us, listened to our dream, and provided us with a clear road map to make our project happen. Wes was knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and reliable. PICO did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They took out an old jacuzzi and a small shower. A big shower, cabinet and new floor was installed. They used top quality materials. The people were easy to work with. They were incredibly patient with our three schnauzers. They worked with a background symphony of barking off and on throughout each day.
