PICO was the only one of 3 contractors who came to the house to explain the bid and the whys and wherefores of the work they were going to perform. Pricing was very competitive. Communicated timely over materials and sub-contractor delays. Overall, happy with PICO and the job they did.
Called on PICO again for a challenging home project that required considerable planning, engineering drawings, and intentional construction stages in a specific order. Though hindered by weather, the project went well, and the quality of the final product is second to none. PICO cares, and that's not so common these day.

Professional and efficient! They identified and fixed our issue in a timely manner. They did not need to come in our house or need us home in order to do the work, but still let me know they were there and working to fix the problem and I felt safe seeing the company logo displayed on their apparel. When they were finished, they cleaned up any mess that was made and even called to check in after the job was done to verify customer satisfaction. Strongly recommend!
Clean & Safe: It is not ideal to have construction happening while you are living in the home, but this crew made it as easy as possible for us. Plastic divided the rooms and the subs cleaned up after their workday.
